As the VP of Performance Marketing at Clearlink, you will directly and indirectly lead a team of over 75 marketers and technologists who are responsible for our branded partnership websites. You will have full responsibility over all Marketing KPIs and be tasked with growing the revenue and profit of the division on a regular basis.

In order to succeed, you must thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. It will be important to reinforce, and continuously evolve, the amazing culture we’ve built over the past several years while simultaneously building upon the processes and structures that already exist within the team.

You'll also need deep knowledge of organic and paid search with experience leading large, cross-functional teams. You should have demonstrated success in standing up new marketingchannels and initiatives in past roles.



  • Directly and indirectly lead a team of over 75marketing and technology specialists
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans to achieve business targets
  • Foster new marketingchannel exploration and development by working closely with channel specialists, implementing tests and scaling tactics across the Performance Marketing division
  • Make continued improvements (both speed and quality) to the process of creating and publishing content
  • Provide constructive feedback to content, channel, creative, and web development teams to ensure continued improvement to quality and output
  • Manage the Performance Marketing KPIs – for all web properties and channels (Qualified Opportunities & Cost per Qualified Opportunity).
  • Collaborate with finance and data science to ensure accurate revenue & profit attributions for each of the web properties & channels
  • Understand and manage to key drivers of profitability, while maintaining long term growth
  • Provide transparency into performance to executive team and organization by delivering regular reporting and updates
  • Support new client pitches and onboarding with expertise, case studies, etc


  • Strong digitalmarketingchannel expertise – in particular, SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Video, Native, and other inbound marketingchannels
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experienced with Agile / Scrum project management methodology
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to influence cross-functional peers and teams to execute marketing strategies
  • Clear understanding of content and SEO best practices
  • Strong eye for design and content quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed budgeted goals/targets
  • Ability to read and understand P&L and otherfinancial documents & reports.

  • 8-10 years experience in digitalmarketing
  • Experience in performance-based agency or in-house marketing teams preferred
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional marketing teams

  • Experienceworking with or reporting to executive teams
