Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Vice President include, but are not limited to:

* Achieving the highest quality of sales through product expertise and continuous improvement of sales skills
* Managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within the region including but note limited to: Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Elk City, and Wichita, Kansas
* Recruiting new members and developing a highly technical sales team
* Developing senior management relationships at key accounts
* Manage National Account assignments by calling on the corporate headquarter and coordinating all DXP efforts with the account locations
* Designing and recommending sales and marketing programs
* Setting short and long term sales strategies
* Tracking sales and gross margin by market and accounts using existing company tracking tools
* Key account management including growth and margins
* Developing senior management relationships with customers
* Establish an annual training programs for the sales team to improve the technical and sales skills
* Report to DXP's Senior Vice President of Sales

Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Regional Sales Vice President include, but are not limited to:

* 5 years of experience in sales and management in distribution of rotating equipment
* Technical degree is a plus
* Technical expertise in rotating equipment
* Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* Ability to motivate employees to meet goals and promote positivity
* Must be customer-driven, responsible and reliable
