Regional Sales Manager Advertising

Seeking candidates with strong sales management experience (longevity in roles) with backgrounds in business to business (new business development) sales such as advertising sales, yellow pages (online media), architectural sales, building supply sales, copier sales, construction / equipment sales, payrollsales, office supply sales, water sales, and or uniform sales. 

The ideal management candidate must have a background that leads by example with a history of sales success.



  • Ensure all sales goals are met and/or exceeded
  • Develop sales strategies with team to increase sales revenue
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Sales Team
  • Oversee the development and performance of the Sales Team
  • Work one-on-one with individual members of the Sales Team in order to improve communication and identify areas that need further development
  • Provide management with performance reports
  • Keep records of all of the Sales Team’s sales activity and reports
  • Ensure and manage P&L budget


  • BA/BS strongly preferred
  • Min. 3-5 years successful BTB Outside Sales Management
  • Experience developing a sales team focusing on business development
  • Experience in B2B Relationship Management
  • Ability to drive, motivate and lead a sales team
  • Knowledge of

  • Base Salary $120, + uncapped commissions
  • Year 1 @ plan $140, - $160,
