Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that are aligned with best practices for the Human Resources functional modules in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
  • Gather master data requirements and strategies to support the transition of HR data into SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Work closely with Human Resources staff to transform business requirements into technical requirements for current and future business processes.
  • Work closely with Programmers to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices.
  • Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release.
  • Collaborate in planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Stay informed of advances and pertinent changes in software technologies that may translate into process improvements.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to users to support efficient use of new business processes.


  • A minimum of 3-5 years related experiencerequired.
  • BachelorDegree in Management Information Systems or related field. 
  • Working knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors suite of products is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources business processes would be helpful.
  • Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Occasional travel is required.
