Clinical Program/Project Manager
Serve as a clinical program and project manager that works with clinicians to support clinic execution, extract patient cases presentations, enter patient case presentations, and enter case recommendations into Clinical Information Systems. Leverage clinical expertise to take notes during clinic meetings. Coordinate with clinicians to schedule case presentations from didactic presenters and review didactic content. Develop, implement, and maintain clinical efforts, including process definition, documentation, standardization, metrics identification, metrics capture, and outcome analysis in accordance with the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) set by the client. Document processes and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures, Concept of Operations, and Process Diagrams.
-5 years of experience with working in a healthcare environment
-2 years of experience with managing projects
-Experience in working with military health systems, including CHCS, AHLTA, and Essentris
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with working in a military healthcare environment
-Experience with metrics identification and data analysis to identify clinical and business outcomes
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Registered Nurse or Military Medical Specialty, including Hospital Corpsman or Medic preferred
