What you will do
In this role, you will work with the project manager to create an automated allocation tool which distributes $1.2B of cost, to the legal entities that exist across the globe. The allocation will occur for management and tax reporting.
You will have the opportunity to lead a senior person on the team (dotted line) who will assist with the data gathering required for the allocation process. Additionally you will be responsible to ensure the automated allocation tool project is rolled out on time. The tool needs to be accurate and auditable. As a key team partner with the various groups within Corporate you will ensure that we deliver outstanding financial performance. This is a re-organized team with new expanded responsibilities. There are new opportunities available to the team.

You have strong analytical skills, research capabilities and strong overall business acumen. Your relationships will be established with team members at different levels and with finance contacts across the global organization within the business units and Corporate.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8 years of relevant experience in a multinational business
MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of allocations
- Experience leading a large implementation project
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word skills required
- Experience with Databases preferred
- Oracle or SAP general ledger experience
- HFM experience
- Month end processes
- Project management
- Must be self-motivated
