The National Account Manager will develop, maintain, and expand existing accounts while delivering revenue, profit, and market share objectives by providing leadership, strategy development, business plan deployment, fact-based selling, business analysis, and world-class tactical execution

Lead Responsibilities for National Account Manager

·        Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all customers

·        Ensure professional representation of company’s products

·        Develop new accounts as directed by VP-RetailSales

·        Develop specific account strategies designed to deliver growth in volume and profitability

·        Report on competitive activity

·        Drive customer-related projects to completion

·        Define and quantify markets for new products

Desired Skills and Experiences for National Account Manager:

·        BA/BS Degree – (MBA preferred)

·        5 yrs’ selling directly to Walmart Corporate Accounts – HQ Calls

·        5 yrs’ Retail Food SalesExperience

·        10 years sales management (retail, wholesale, broker)

·        Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time if not living in Bentonville or Rogers AR.

·        Ability to work remotely and thrive in an autonomous role with strengths in self-management and communications.
