Report to plant president in a leadership role and act as a change agent driving domestic HR initiatives in alignment with global HR strategies. Oversee 5 reports involving talent management, employee relations, EHS, compliance, advising managers on policy, training, OD, payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits. Some global travel. Seeking 10-15+ years’ applicable plant manufacturing experience from durables, appliances, auto, power tools, aircraft and related industries. Certification desirable, but not required. Prefer MS or MBA, but will consider BS/BA.
