This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Caller ID Product Management team, focused on life-cycle management of the new, evolving Smart ID solutions.  The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for assessing, prioritizing and executing product initiatives that are aimed at growing revenue and increasing quality. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational capabilities, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.  This individual will need to harness the resources of the organization and will be tactical as well as strategic.

Key Tasks/Duties:

  • Work closely with customers and Neustar subject matter experts to develop clear and concise product requirements to help drive the strategic roadmap
  • Define and write requirements and specification documents and work with product development teams and other cross-functional groups to drive new product functionality and enhancements
  • Assist in management of Smart ID priorities utilizing Neustar internal development processes and tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
  • Balance product requirements and market impact against time to market and project risks
  • Author and/or maintain new product or release documentation that can be clearly understood by  internal deployment and customer support teams, users and customers
  • Maintain and deliver analytic insights and trends regarding performance of initiatives

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years product management and/or product marketing experience preferable
  • Broad working knowledge of telecom wireline and mobiletechnologies a plus
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills
  • Should be proactive and demonstrate ability to work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as written and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret information and make sound judgment and business decisions
  • This position requires travel(10%+/-)
