JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for successful implementation of process improvement through program and process assessment and development (clinical adverse event prevention); best-practice standards implementation; and resource/educational support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:

  • Implement post sales education regarding program analysis; development; implementation; and support related to the prevention of patient falls; development of pulmonary complications; healthcare acquired pressure ulcers; hospital acquired infections.  Adverse event prevention programs might be added or deleted based upon health care quality trends.
  • Clinically assess health care organizations related to the effectiveness of current processes and protocols regarding the prevention of patient falls, pulmonary complications, pressure ulcers, and hospital acquired infections.
  • Collaboratively work with individual health care organizations and/or corporations to ensure successful implementation of program and process implementation resulting in customer satisfaction and increased patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and present individual health care organization assessment findings including gap analysis reports.
  • Support clinical consulting initiatives.
  • Develop and implement account specific clinical programs and protocols to enhance patient outcomes, decrease adverse events, and prevent patients by anticipating care.
  • Present, develop, and manage clinical change management programs leading to successful technology adoption.
  •  Collect data, analyze, and present to customers to demonstrate program and consulting success. Prioritization of projects based on customer needs and the needs of the business.
  • Other duties may be assigned.




  • Ability to design and successfully implement clinical change management and technology adoption programs.
  • Ability to develop program education to implement best-practice and evidenced-based standards for high-level quality patient outcomes.
  • Viewed as a clinical resource in determining best-practices.
  • Excellent presentation and report development skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Must be able to work in team environment or independently making clinical consulting decisions without guidance.
  • Travel up to 75% per week.
  • Exceptional communication skills to successfully overcome resistance to change and drive clinical change management programs resulting in successful adoption of technology.
  • RN, BSN, or other healthcare degree required with 7+ years spent in the hospital clinical environment working with all levels of hospital staff and leadership.
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Experience/knowledge of quality and performance improvement processes; leading and building successful teams; health care quality initiatives; and programs implementation.
  • Experience with standards development based on healthcare industry trends.
    • Develop and present individual health care organization assessment findings including gap analysis reports.
