About the Role:

The University Relations, Program Manager will create, execute, and deliver against our campus recruiting strategy for all Fiserv’s businesses. You will finalize the framework to execute on Fiserv’s strategic plan to attract, hire, and develop diverse university talent to include interns and Leadership Development program associates. In this exciting and newly created role, you will work closelywithHR Partners, Business Unit Leaders and Fiserv Collaborative Councils (Product Management, Technology, Sales and Account Management) to translate functional business roadmaps into an integrated approach to engaging and attracting campus talent. Your role will also include partnering with the enterprise learning organization to leverage Collaborative Council intelligence and create a learning/boot camp style curriculum relating to business acumen and product/service knowledge. You will work closelywithHR and Business teams to align and drive talent management processes throughout the duration of the rotational programs and manage the integration of interns and college hires into the business.

Essential Job Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement consistent processes and tools around university recruitment and early career talent management
  • Provide best practices on talent strategies and engagement opportunities for early career talent
  • Consults with the SVP HR Operations & Talent Acquisition to analyze the program and recruitment analytics to achieve goals and determine effectiveness of current and future strategy
  • Lead and track results of the University Relations Council and Talent Acquisition Campus Partners
  • Partner with CandidateExperience and Social Media Manager to build successful event attendance and tracking
  • Align AssociateExperienceonboarding elements into campus hires (intern and professional rotational associate levels)
  • Partner with Global Brand to deliver consistent corporate messaging into all University Relations Council materials
  • Maintain a strong level of knowledge on industry trends which will allow for continuous improvement across the program
  • Partner with functional leaders to build a unified program enabling a consistent approach to the hiring, development and management of early career talent
  • Ensure rotational development associates maintain a strong connection to the program throughout the lifecycle of their rotations and provide oversight to final placement following their graduation from the program
  • Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements value-added solutions to strengthen relationships withHR, the business and early career employees
  • Establish a coaching relationship with new college hires, regularly collecting performance feedback on each - acting as a liaison between them and the business to create a positive experience for both parties
  • Regularly review training curriculum, and partner with the business and Learning and Development team to improve program offerings in line with development needs of early career talent

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field

Job Related Experience:

  • Minimum 5years demonstrated experience in University Relations and/or University Recruitment, including experience shaping programmatic elements of an enterprise wide campus recruitment function

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work with various types and level of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating across a matrix organizational structure
  • Ability to collaborate and partner across functions, as well as to prioritize multiple projects within strict deadlines and budgets
  • Expert level experience in MS Office Suite and Publisher
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate key stakeholder feedback into strategy
  • Experience creating and delivering communication materials and representing a corporate brand for the purposes of developing strong relationships with universities and students
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan brand events, guide multiple projects and competing priorities, while maintaining flexibility to shift priorities as needed to meet business goals

Travel Required:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% during the peak recruitment season
