The Public Sector Real Estate team assists clients in identifying and improving customer-facing functions and implementing an enterprise-wide customer centricity operating model. Their solutions assist departments serving customers, departments serving departments, and departments serving the public directly, with one or more of the following areas:
- Planning and Budgeting;

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of federal real property or commercial real estate, with emphasis in one or more of the following specialty areas: federal procurement, transaction management, construction management, project management, sustainability, lease administration, facilities management or property management.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge in team and project leadership and/or management of engagements, including
a proven track record of success leading and managing projects at federal agencies or commercial organizations.
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and track record of success in the field of commercial real estate or federal real property including leading projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, as well as the following:
- Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results
- Federal real estate and the processes, agencies, and regulations governing it
- Reporting project status, schedule and financial performance
- Assisting in financial management of projects such as budgets, forecasting, billing, and collections
