Supports the maintenance and management of the Global Approved Suppliers List (GASL).

Coordinates and updates records for Supplier Evaluations.

Communicates, updates, and records results for Supplier Evaluations into GASL.

Coordinates and communicates with suppliers the performance and completion of survey questionnaires and escalates supplier communications when necessary to ensure completion of activities for maintenance on the GASL.

Conducts Quality Management System internal audits and surveillances to ensure program compliance with contract and KBRwyle Metrology Services requirements and specifications for design, engineering, products, equipment, maintenance and services.

Conducts quality system audits, evaluations and/or surveillance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

Participates in root-cause analysis; obtains disposition and implements corrective action as needed.

Conducts follow-up audits to review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.

Collects and uses statistical data for the monitoring and evaluation of trends.

Provides activity and status reports to management.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Supports the maintenance and management of the KBRwyle Metrology Services corrective actions program

Reviews procurement documentation for adequate and effective flow down of quality system requirements

Reviews, evaluates and revises KBRwyle Metrology Quality Management System procedures

Performs all other duties as assigned.


Bachelor's in a technical discipline or an AS degree in a technical discipline (i.e., engineering, computer science, quality assurance) with e to 4 years’ experience working in Quality Assurance/Quality Assurance Auditing in an ISO 9001, AS9100, and ANSI/NCSL Z540.1, or ISO 17025 based Quality Management System.

Documented training in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor training preferred.

Intermediate understanding of quality management systems and quality management systems auditing. Ability to read and understand technical documents that describe the system and processes. Experienced ability in use of inspection tools, measuring and test equipment. Experienced in understanding contract quality requirements, and KBRwyle policies, procedures and processes. Experience with system databases, excel spreadsheets, data system entry and maintenance activities.

Familiarity with basic processes and program for maintenance of approved suppliers list for compliance with general Quality Management Systems.
