Store Director (full-time): We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated the following: Ability to understand, and follow all guest service programs; Identify new ways to drive sales and achieve goals; Show dynamic leadership ability, hire and train staff, as well as to motivate staff to promote maximum performance; Ensures sales opportunities are maximized through the right product and communicates inventory opportunities to the corporate office; and Managed payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines.
Qualified candidates must have a strong retailsales background, strong merchandising abilities, senior management experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, great interpersonal skills, and love to sell. 5+ years of retail management experiencerequired. Gardening experience or knowledge is a plus.
