An exceptional leadership opportunity as a part of our Digital Portfolio initiatives to provide customer solutions that are flexible, convenient, and competitive. Our lead software developer is a senior position on the team responsible for setting our design direction, leading and coaching our developers, and providing overall technical though leadership with respect to how we deliver capability to our customers. As a part of an Agile program our lead will also be accountable for ensuring technical excellence through the use of agile practices such as test driven development, continuous integration, and refactoring. Additional responsibilities include customer demos of work completed within iterations, removing impediments to the team’s success, and ensuring collective team ownership.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with architecture and enterprise technology areas to influence and execute on our Digital Strategy
High School diploma or equivalent required. 5 years of programming/development experiencerequired. 1 year of experience as a technical lead required.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 9 years of programming/development experiencepreferred. 2 years of experience as a technical lead preferred.
