Responsibilities

    • Concept and execute creative campaigns and assets for digital media campaigns, including websites, banners, display advertising and social media assets
    • Optimize performance, fine tune creative messaging, and make strategic recommendations after analyzing analytics and campaign results
    • Leverage understanding of platform technologies and capabilities that power digital media to perform testing and optimization of creative assets, including A/B testing on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter ads and Audience Targeting 
    • Utilize understanding of the audience and the customer journey from media to conversion to identify and develop the levers that impact that journey - appropriate messaging, media, timing
    • Lead and present report presentations and recommendations to clients 
    • Stay current with best practices, strategic execution, and industry standards related to digital marketing with an eye to remaining ahead of the curve and implementing landscape changes immediately for clients
    • Leverage insights based on analytics and  listening tools in multiple areas, like social or competitive

Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to understand clients’ brand, products, and audience, and to formulate a strategic creative plan of attack across multiple mediums, arising from a strong grasp of digital media deliverables and plans specific to paid search, SEO, display, social media etc.
    • Strongly collaborative approach, with a history of successful partnership with paid media, analytics and strategy teams
    • Executive presence, perception, and awareness for new business pitches
    • 6+ years of Digital agency experience is a MUST
    • Understanding of general marketing concepts including branding, marketing, content development and design
    • In depth knowledge of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn
    • Ability to provide creative input and suggest different ways to communicate marketing messages
