As a Regional Account Director at Apartment List, you’ll generate, build and grow relationships between Apartment List and rental properties. You will work with marketing directors and regional property managers by traveling throughout your territory, becoming their marketing expert by building personal relationships and consistently and competitively winning business. While you’ll spend most of your time finding and securing new partnerships for the team, you’ll also be in close contact with your Regional VP and your Account Managers based in our San Francisco Headquarters. Our business is dependent on happy clients who understand and participate in the Apartment List vision.

Regional Account Director - Outside Sales

Ideally

  • You have 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • You have a car and valid driver's license
  • You are familiar with the Multifamily industry and can build additional relationships within those circles
  • You have proven success in outside sales, hitting and exceeding your goals
  • You are detail-oriented, competitive, have a “can-do” attitude and consistently take the initiative to make things better for your clients and your team
  • Experience with Salesforce, and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies
