Software Engineer Associate
Software Engineer Associate will be a member of the client Product Suite’s Facets team which provides critical support functions for healthcare clients. The Support Team faces off with clients to manage and resolve problems that could require a sound knowledge of the architecture and an eye to reverse engineer the source code to identify the root of the problem.
The Analyst provides advanced problem solving, analysis and support for software application and/or data issues. Deals directly with internal and external customers to ascertain problems and assist in resolving their issues while striving to build and maintain strong customer relations and partnerships. Troubleshoots problems and contacts other application and technical areas as necessary for consultations.
Requires relevant Bachelor's degree.
Must Have Skills:
At least one of the following programming skill sets combinations –
2+ years’ experience in .Net and in SQL Programming. Basic programming experience in Perl or VB Script.
2+ SQL programming experience in Sybase, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server platform.
Strong knowledge of object oriented design and development.
Experience in writing and utilizing Web Services.
Working experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
Experience in working in a project team.
Ability to demonstrate an engaging, professional behavior while listening and communicating with SMEs on all levels.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills.
