Consults with Director of Specialty Programs to create a business development/sales plan and regularly assesses the plan to promote increased growth of the service line. Responsible for the overall management of business development for the specialty programs service line including financial, compliance, quality improvement and technical activities in accordance with established policies and standards. Responsible for growing the revenue and margin of the specialty programs.
- Associatedegree or the equivalent of salesexperience
- 8+ years of salesexperience in healthcare including advanced sales training
- Bachelor’s degree
- Specialty program focused salesexperience
