Regional Sales Manager - Nutrition

Our client is leader in manufacturing vitamins and nutrition supplements. They are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager that will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of sales executives within a geographic territory. Ensuring sales goals are met are a key component of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to increase sales 
  • Oversee the development and performance of the Sales Team 
  • Manage pipelines and forecasts, ensure all sales goals are met 
  • Utilize product knowledge, market trends, industry/competitor knowledge to manage business opportunities 
  • Develop and support growth of current accounts within client base

Requirements:

  • Bachelordegree
  • Min. 5 years+ direct outside sales management experience
  • Experience in sales/management within CPG, Nutrition, Distributionsalespreferred
  • Experience hiring, mentoring and developing a sales team required
  • Documentation of sales success and over achieving goals
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel

Offering:

  • Base Salary $80, - $100,
  • Year 1 @ plan $90, - $120,
  • Uncapped Commissions/Bonus (quarterly)
