Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Sales Account Manager responsible for driving Sales revenue for Strategic Accounts in North America, with responsibility to coordinate strategy with global sales team in other regions (Europe/Asia).
Responsible for all sales activities, including promotion of LitePoint Solutions to potential and existing customers
Establish productive, professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers in assigned customer accounts
Fully understand customer’s applications and needs, communicate them clearly to internal teams as well as management to develop winning strategies in account penetration for LitePoint Solutions
Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quota
Responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, maximizing short term and long term revenue, building future sales pipeline through demonstrated account planning
Working closely with Sales, Field Applications and other areas of LitePoint in effectively communicating Customer requirements and delivering value added solutions
Development and execution of Global Strategy for multiple accounts for Engineering, Operations and Contract Manufacturers
Primary sales activity is in the Bay Area, requires very frequent travel to customer sites and daily presence in our Sunnyvale Headquarters. Also requires periodic trips to Asia or other US locations (~30% travel).

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
5-10 years technical sales experience with managing large strategic accounts in RF test/measurement industries (global, multi-site, multi-national, high volume)
Excellent communications skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change
