Medical Sales Representative position with a medical company poised for significant growth.
This rep will be responsible for calling physicians to provide state-of-the-art clinical laboratory testing capabilities for prescription drug monitoring purposes in an ethical and compliant manner (OB/GYNs, pain management, psychiatry, addiction management).
Grew from 0 in 2013 to 300 employees currently.
2014, they received a major infusion from a private equity firm.
These funds were used to make major investments into robotics, data analytics and customer delivery. Without question, they are the market innovator.
They are cashflow positive and profitable.
Current sales force of 22 reps, expanding sales force to 50 reps nationally by end of 2017.
Compensation and Benefits:
$70k base to make $135k @ planyear1, $185k year2, Uncapped comp plan. Residual commission.
Average rep made$248k in 2016
Top rep made$606k in 2016
$800/mo car allowance (plus additional $.15/mile)
Full medical, dental, vision, life, 401k (50% match up to 6% vests immediately), $100 a month for cell.
Hardest part of the job?
The day after closing a huge account you wake up looking for your next sale. This role requires the ability to grind and work ethic. A strong rep will relentlessly pursuit of opportunity with a straight focus on filling your pipeline. In short, it takes an individual that has the rare combination of an intense competitive drive and a strong moral compass.
Minimum 3-7yearsb2b with very strong track record or 1-4 yrsb2b combined with 1-4 yrs medical.
