Director of Collection System Maintenance
The Director of Collection System Maintenance is a member of the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority Executive Team. In that capacity, this position will help develop the overall strategy for the organization including long term planning, employee compensation, corporate policies and performance indices for establishing and measuring financial and service related goals.
This position plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and reviews the work of staff performing difficult and complex professional, technical, and administrative support related to the programs and activities of the Collection System (Cleaning and Construction) and Fleet Maintenance Departments. Manages resources effectively to improve organizational productivity and to ensure excellent customer service. Provides leadership, support, and expertise to supervisory staff. Manages the departmental budget for cost-effective services.
BachelorDegree from an accredited four-year college or university is required. Specialization in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred. Also required is 15years of experience engineering, construction and/or maintenance of a major water/wastewater system or related industry and 10 years of experience in supervision and management with a progression of increased responsibility. Position open until filled.
Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority has established a starting salary range of $88,480 to $126,400 depending upon education and experience.
