Solution Marketing Program Manager
We are looking for a seasoned candidate to fulfill marketing solution event and program management roles in emerging and growing business domains (such as 5G, IoT, 4.5G etc). The suitable candidate will work closely with the Account, Technical Solution Sales, Product Management teams and Headquarter MKT teams to design and develop local marketing execution plan, define the comprehensive market programs to execute GTM strategy plan, foster market leads to support business expansion and growth. You will be expected to be a quick learner, well organized, self-managing, proactive executor, and team contributor. The suitable candidate must have proven E2E marketing program management skills with solid technical solution knowledge and new emerging business development experience.
- Develop marketing activities to raise regional influence (including branding), lead customer demands and generate leads for new products, services, and/or solutions with the alignment of annual regional strategy plan and business target.
- Take the ownership of regional market segment program development and planning to support local key market execution teams based on the definition of global MPF (Marketing Program Framework).
- Manage and execute E2E market programs/events to achieve prioritized market targets and KPI of market and solution sales, while working closely with Account Manager and otherinternal pre-sales teams.
- Be responsible for content design of cutomer innovation and integration experience centre. Leverage Huawei experience cloud, solution cloud and knowledge cloud to improve customer effective engagements based on the good understanding of customer demands.
- Create the local solution successful story and cases and promote local market value position internally and externally to HQ and customer.
- Establish and maintain effective business engagement and relationship with key customers of marketing and business dept. and key industry contacts.
- Maintain clear understanding of customer business requirements, and recommend potential commercial activities based onnew emerging trends.
- Improve C-level Summit/program to build a strong strategic business partnership and support Market insight dept. for a good understanding and analysis of customer strategy and pain points.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 7+ years of solid solution pre-sale and promotion experience in Telecom industry with a productive and effective telecom customer engagement and management.
- Comprehensive technical solution and technology knowledge in new emerging business, especially in 5G/IoT/ICT transformation.
- Strong marketing and business development sense to create marketing program proposal with strategic marketing thinking.
- Proactive marketing study and customer engagement proposal to guide demand generations design and execution.
- C-level customer engagement experience is an asset
- Solid understanding of program/project management methodologies and practices
- Proven capability to execute marketing plan and generate value position case are requested.
- A self-starter with high professional standards and well organized and planning skills in market program.
- Accountable team player and executor with creative, innovative, self-motivated, result-oriented and customer-centric minds.
- Proven strong presentation and effective communication skills are required.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft office required: PPT, Word, Excel, etc.
- English fluency both verbal and writing is essential
- Bachelors/Master degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
