CSRA is seeking a candidate with prior military experience in the armor or mechanized infantry. The job requires: Ability to administrate and supervise training program development, evaluation, or instruction in a program of training when the paramount requirement of the work is a combination of practical knowledge of the methods and techniques of instruction and practical knowledge of the subject matter being taught. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas.

Ability to assess training strategies, training courses, materials, and products.
Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources.
Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
Ability to plan and develop new methods and procedures for making recommendations to
improve training and training development processes.
Ability to evaluate curricula and to resolve or recommend the resolution of extensive
problems resulting from the absence of suitable educational materials.
Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives.
Knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and evaluation concepts.
Knowledge of evaluation and assessment techniques, particularly as it relates to military
Knowledge of technologyassociated with delivering web-based education to include
awareness of current and future technology, processes, and standards.
Knowledge of adult education and training principles, techniques, and tools to evaluate the
design, development, maintenance, and conduct of course content.
