Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business.


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success overseeing product marketing efforts in product marketing techniques, marketing trends and industry-leading practices, emphasizing the following areas:

Serving as subject matter specialists to advocate for product solutions across an entire product lifecycle;

Embodying the voice of the customer and bringing that voice back to product team to a develop cohesive strategy and execute across channels;

Marketing experience with SaaS or enterprise software in a fast-paced product development environments;

Demonstrating intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success, in product marketing techniques, trends, and industry-leading practices;

Developing product marketing strategy and execution to drive high impact and differentiated content including product messaging and positioning, customer-facing sales tools from brochures, datasheets, customer case studies, white papers, internal FAQs to battlecards driving strategic direction of products, and solution launches and campaigns;

Collaborating with Product Management subject matter specialists and leadership to develop and drive compelling marketing messaging and value propositions;

Utilizing competitive market research to understand customer needs and issues, marketing dynamics, and competitive strategies;

Targeting key audiences, buyer behaviors, executives, and competitors, as well as key business issues and how to align our go-to-market strategy and point-of-view around those issues; and;

Understanding and aligning with PwC Marketing and Sales functions, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Thought Leadership, as well as a deep understanding of related functions and Line of Service/Sector client service offerings.

Developing and implementing marketing programs that are on the leading edge and leveraging the latest marketing technologies to create a greater client experience (e.g., social listening, analytics, etc.);

Evaluating, analyzing, interpreting the voice of the customer and market research information from a variety of sources, and applying learning to drive product marketing strategy;

Working across communication platforms, such as social media, video, and/or digital;

Developing and sustaining strong relationships with peers and product development leaders and teams;

Building and maintaining relationships with product subject matter experts and leadership, including effectively navigating a complex organization;

Working independently to guide internal colleagues and stakeholders, resolving issues, and coordinating with leadership or subject matter experts when necessary;

Communicating and writing in order to translate complex concepts into easy to understand and compelling messaging;

Overseeing marketing strategies and plans that deliver positive results to capture mindshare and penetrate new markets;

Assessing marketing needs to make recommendations in allocation of budget across respective products, managing marketing budgets across all programs, measuring and tracking results of marketing programs, and reporting on return on investment (ROI);

Managing and driving multiple complex marketing programs in one or more business areas;

Influencing leadership in order to increase effectiveness of marketing activities, thus driving revenue and strengthening market position for our products; and,

Overcoming internal barriers and resource constraints to produce successful program(s).
