Scope of Responsibility:
Accountable for driving field integration betweensales offices & field marketing teams, while creating & driving strategy and profitable performance of a national field-based in-store andevent marketing organization consisting of 350 Home Solutions Advisors, District & Regional Management, and anevent marketing team. Optimal performance is less than15% ad ratio with revenue targets exceeding $70M. Integration includes collaborative lead generation execution, leverage field management & training resources, & and inclusion of field marketing management & Home Service Advisors (HSAs) as positions to career-path into thesalesorganization.
The incumbent is responsible for managing the short, mid and long-term activities, strategies and policies of a national field marketing organization involving at least 3 regions and approximately 50 district offices. Activities include, but are not limited to: Close partnership with district, area, regional management to ensure maximized staffing capacity, use of HSAs and HI Sales Project Consultants; national, regional and district appointment generation performance, new lead generation strategies; P&L responsibility; event efficiency & expense improvement; management of eventinventory; contract processing; staffing; training; performance management; development; compliance; and best in class member experience. Incumbent is accountable for the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue & income targets. Uses analytical, strategic, tactical, and influence skills to drive performance. This is to be accomplished by providing strong leadership, guidance and expertise while demonstrating the SHC Values in a consistent manner. Incumbent will work as necessary with corporate Marketing, Retail Leadership, & Store management to ensure strategic decisions are collaborative & executed according to agreed-upon guidelines and directives.
*Provides leadership to the in-store management team to ensure revenue and expense objectives are met including staffing plans and associate productivity.
*Ensures all Do Not Promote (DNP), Sears, Federal, State, Direct Marketing and American Telemarketing Associate rules are followed.
*Responsible for the strategy, development and deployment of marketing & sales tools to include in-store displays, SFA, and effective appointment setting.
*Lead the HI integration between the in-store marketing teams and the Home Improvement sales team.
*Develop the strategy and manage the sales rep integration into select SHC retail formats.
*Develop the strategy and lead the Field Marketing lead generation initiatives outside of Sears stores.
*Lead effective execution of TTL activities & on-going strategies.
*Responsible for the Sales Lead Referral program to ensure referral opportunities are maximized.
*Responsible for monthly forecasting KPIs (to be provided to Finance Dept.).
*Develops and executes in-store strategies and processes in support of marketing objectives.
*Accountable for profitability of all field marketing activities.
*Partners with Home Improvement Marketing team to plan marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
*Manages and grows non branded lead source relationships such as Military and 3rd party retail.
*Manages field marketing suppliers as needed.
