The FI Account Executive will work within each market, as part of the FI Team, to build and support banking and referral partnerships, to include prospecting and ongoing management of existing relationships. As the FI Account Executive, you’ll reach out to an ever-expanding number of Financial Institution customers, all of whom look to us to provide financial solutions.


As an FI Account Executive, you will:

  • Use your sales skills to generate leads via organic prospecting, referrals, managing existing relationships, and to conduct sales presentations
  • Draw up all partner contracts and providing guidance to potential partners with regard to contractlanguage
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions and branch meetings
  • Develop and execute a strategy to prospect targets
  • Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
  • Cross sell business solutions
  • Complete RFPs for potential financial institution partners during the vetting period
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with each bank partner
  • Some overnight travelrequired
  • Work in a metric- centric, KPIs focused environment within a larger culture of accountability, teamwork, and structure
  • Be confident and dedicated to meeting your sales goals
  • Have solid salesexperience (minimum 3 years)
  • Build relationships and rapport with C-level clientele
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of quantitativesales strategies 
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (in a business related field preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
