For over 40 years, our client has become a leading developer and provider of capital equipment and custom technology solutions. Naviga has been retained to identify a Regional Sales Manager to sell direct and develop dealer network in North America.

Title: Regional Sales Manager - North American Sales

Location: U.S. - Remote/Near Airport

Key Notes/Company Details:

 

• Targeted business: Financial EMV/Chip Card, GSM/Telecom, Government/Secure ID, Healthcare/Insurance, Instant Card Issuance, Central Card Issuance, Smart Cards, and Card Manufacturing Equipment

• Global company with locations in Canada, U.S., France and the UK, along with a comprehensive worldwide dealer network

• Dedicated to providing a culture that allows employees to unleash their talents in a professional team environment

Responsibilities:

• Generate direct sales and channelsales in North America

• Manage Dealers – account management, training and support

• Manage existing customer relationships to foster repeat sales opportunities

• Relationship Development with travelto meet in person

• Attend tradeshows – advance preparation, meetings, follow ups, etc.

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 5years of capital equipment salesexperience

• Strong technical and conceptual sales capabilities

• Ability to drive sales based on value proposition, understand customer needs and organize resources to close sales

Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

Territory & Travel:

North America Travel ~30%

Reporting Relationship:

Vice President of Sales

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $65k-$75k

• On target earnings: $130k-$150k
