The position requires excellent communication, presentation, time management and people skills as you will work closely with a Senior Designer and Project Manager developing non-routine and complex design concepts in a manner responsive to the client's needs and deadlines. Depending on project type and scope, you must be able to determine the right amount of effort needed to generate mid- to high- level renderings in an efficient and timely manner. The candidate will also have multiple opportunities for client interaction and will help our team maintain a commitment to design and quality for all types of projects.  
Preferred candidates will have:
• Bachelor of Architecture degree (Masters of Architecture degree preferred)• Be interested in working on medium to large-scale project types in a very collaborative environment• Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD required• Strong 2D and 3D graphics skills essential• Fluent knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, 3DS Max, Microsoft Office and/or other related B.I.M         technology is also essential• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience needed (preferably in the higher education market)

Accepts specific assignments and develops concepts according to parameters defined by the senior architect overseeing project assignment.1. Manages related components/tasks of project so that all can be effectively executed, according to schedule and within budget.2. Interacts and communicates effectively and professionally with other team members3. Assures execution of and assists with quality control activities for architectural elements on a project.4. Reviews drawings, documents and submittals for document compliance and documenting code review and compliance5. Keeps lead architect or designated team leader informed of progress; recognizes problem issues and communicates impact to team,               and seeks clarity when necessary.6. Maintains, organizes and archives all project related documents.7. Makes an on-going effort to obtain IDP credits so that architectural registration will be achieved.
