As the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, your primary objective will be to build and create appropriate marketing programs for our Global Advisory Partners. This is a global effort to build excitement and interest within our channel community through creation of campaign and enablement materials to the broader channel, maintaining content within the partner portal, and supporting the field marketing managers and the wider global channel community.

  • Your key focus is to work closely with the global advisory channel team in strengthening our go-to-market proposition and messaging within these influencing partners, through tailored campaigns and activities. Simultaneously, ensure we have varied channel marketing content for our wider partner community within the partner portal. So working closely with our corporate demand center team and utilizing their campaigns, working with the global field marketing team and understanding regional needs and developing appropriate content
  • Establishing a strong relationship with the key contacts and marketing managers at the key focus advisory partners. Building a tops down strategy and program in alignment with the partners, together with a bottoms–up set of programs in conjunction with the CyberArk Advisory Channel Managers and field marketing teams
  • Manage our channel webinar series; creation of new content with the product marketing group, utilizing existing information and working with our technology partner group
  • Manage the partner on-boarding process through process-driven content production on the partner portal, tracking their journey and success
  • Identify new and creative ways of developing additional channel enablement tools that will support our growing network of channel partners, in collaboration with our product marketing team
  • Manage and support the MDF process globally within the partner portal, troubleshooting where necessary, running reports from the partner portal, and ensuring the field teams are leveraging the portal information
  • Develop strong working relationships with the global field marketing team, the global channel management team, corporate marketing and management in order that you can understand regional need and variation
  • Engage and work closely with our dedicated channel creative agency based in the UK, for management of the marketing hub, further development of campaigns and reporting
  • Full responsibility for asset management of all content within the portal, working closely with the Product Marketing team to understand development cycles of content and their release dates. Ensuring we only provide the latest documentation to our partners and all old content is removed. In addition, using Google Analytics to understand the traffic across the portal and identify areas of success and weakness, make adjustments accordingly in conjunction with the Channel Operations Manager
  • Manage the Partner Finder process with each newly signed partner/distributor,  collaborating with the web team to refresh the partner finder service as appropriate and when system updates allow
  • Maintain SFDC for partners /alliances, and supports partner portal access and troubleshooting needs with the Channel Operations Manager on the management of the partner portal 

Skills & Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements
    • Previous experience in a channel marketing role, ideally within security
    •  Successful marketing with global advisory channel partners (KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture and PWC)
    • Previous experience with SalesForce.com, WebEx and  industry PRM systems and portals
  • Skills & Abilities
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be high energy, motivated and a self-starter projects with the ability to multi-task
    • Multi lingual skills a plus for global collaboration effort across multiples project initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing preferred
  • 7 + experience required
