Job Description:Reporting to the Director of Finance, MAC Tools, this role will work with the Finance Team to consolidate the full P&L and will be the point of contact for the Director of Finance and President for MAC Tools concerning all full P&L analysis. Will coordinate the budgeting cycles to ensure timely consolidation and submission to GTS NA and will serve as the lead point of contact with GTS NA for the MAC Tools finance team. This includes preparation, consolidation, analysis and documentation of financial data used to summarize and measure status, evaluation of business plans, identification of variances, and prediction of results. Major Responsibilities:

Prepare financial reports and executive presentations in support of $250M MAC Tools Business, including Monthly Close, QR/OP, BU, SBU, Sales & SG&A
Facilitate monthly close process and analysis of Profit & Loss, Working Capital, and Non-Financial accounts to explain results and assist with performance recommendations
Works closely with the MAC Tools Director of Finance determining robust assumptions to drive forecast model on full P&L and all elements including Sales, SG&A spend & Working Capital
Ensures forecast model accurately reflects operational assumptions of senior leadership team
Owns the preparation of short and long range planning deliverables (annual plan, 5-year plan, quarterly forecasts, etc.) and demonstrates knowledge in planning/forecasting process in terms of timing | frequency | depth of information provided
Manages and coordinates weekly operational forecasting process and annual budgeting process in addition to BA&R / HFM loading
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to drive cost management improvements
Own Reporting Packages: Monthly Close, QR/OP, BU, SBU, Sales & SG&A
Provides analysis and support to answer "what if" questions, ad hoc analysis as required


Advanced degree or CPA preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5-7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience. The successful candidate should have a FP&A background in a manufacturing environment.
Able to provide cross-functional leadership/influence
Strong computer skills for presentation and analysis of data
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the company
