Provide primary health care through assessment, diagnosis, clinical judgment and management abilities to restore, maintain and improve the health status of patients.
Meets all requirements on competency skills checklist. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical err ors,

Patients and families, interdepartmental workers and physicians, community agencies/organizations.
Master’s degree in Nursing required with certification of NP/APN. Three to five years prior experience in medical surgical and geriatric care.. NP experiencerequired. Active New Jersey License/eligibility for National Certification in specialty if applicable. BLS required.

Works within a well ventilated and well lighted patient care and office area.
