POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

  • Accountable for all aspects of assigned client support including but not limited to ensuring the client needs are well prepared for and being met as well as identifying opportunities for the client, retailers included in programs, and the Company
  • Serves as the direct contact to assigned client(s) and responsible for communicating direction to field management, client support teams, retail and reporting teams on a day to day basis
  • Ensures all aspects of the account(s) from start-up to client communications and internal communications with all levels of management
  • Supports team in all aspects of retail execution, project management and customer relationships with the objective of growing sales
  • Partners with the client as an expert and consultant focused on retail marketing to help the client achieve a positive ROI
  • Leads and develops customer retail programs and influences market share for Company clients in a very tactical and fast paced environment
  • Directs all elements of the customer/team relationship including internal meetings, vendor meetings, project set-up, ROI data analysis, client reports and follow-up
  • Directs vendor/team project management
  • Provides detailed analytical reports to Executives, team leadership and/or client partners
  • Tracks sales trends, identifies opportunities for sales growth
  • Directs process of proprietary system (QTrax) daily and weekly reports
  • Creates executive-level professional reports internally and to the client based on internal and/or external system data
  • Partners with other cross-functional team members including PRS senior management, field operations, client services, asset management, distribution, training, and human resources as directed by team and/or client
  • Directs, writes, and delivers effective presentations using category management practices and fact-based analytics
  • Accountable for detailed billing of Company activities in accordance with client contract specifics, ensuring that client is billed accurately and timely for all services rendered

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired. Master’s Degree strongly preferred, with emphasis in Business Administration
  • Ten years’ retail/merchandising and/or consumer package goods experiencerequired
  • Ten years’ project management / account management experiencerequired
  • Knowledgeable in all CE, MASS, OSS, Mobile Carrier, and other selected retailer requirements
  • Full understanding of margins, retailsales incentives, P&L, etc., required
  • Prior experience working on a similar structured program preferred
  • Must have proven track record of a thorough knowledge base of the technology surrounding the category managin
  • Proven as a forward thinker and problem solver going ‘above and beyond’ the requests of the client, the retailer, the client, or the scope of the project
  • Proven success with the following behaviors: Detail orientated, organizational skills, time management, and fast-paced proficiency in multi-tasking
  • Expert in advanced MS Excel; advanced MS Power Point; Expert skills in Google Drive (docs, sheets, hangouts, etc.) required
  • Proficiency in all MS Office products required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to client locations, retail establishments, meeting or training venues, regional offices, and internationally
