Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field

Job Related Experience:

Three or more years of experience with strong analytical and/or financial emphasis; experience in a large, highly matrixed organization is a plus

Knowledge/Skills Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly present concepts for the intended audiences.
  • Must display a high level of proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable (pivot tables formatting, formulas)
  • Ability to plan, organize, and schedule own work in order to complete multiple tasks within assigned timeframes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and high quality data analysis
  • Ability to work with moderate level of tolerance to ambiguity
  • Effective  time  management  skills  that  will  ensure  delivery  of  information  in  the  required timeframes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence to interact with all levels within the organization; communicate analytical findings and project work concisely and confidently
  • Demonstrated ability to think laterally with high level of tenacity to solve problems relating to Compensation related data
  • Discrete. Ability to keep information confidential
  • Self-driven with high levels of initiative
  • Ability to prioritize requests and negotiate timeframes for deliverables from different stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Workday a plus
