Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for direct supervision/management of the proposal analysis staff.
Manages all activities involved in the development and revision of proposals.
Acts as a liaison withthe Contracts department when support in negotiating contracts is needed. Conducts proposal reviews with management.
Responsible for the employment, training and discipline of assigned employees.
QualificationsRequires Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field and eight to ten years of related (proposal preparation in a government contractor environment) experience.
