As the Senior Loyalty Marketing Account Manager, candidate will utilize product and industry expertise to foster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategy for a variety of convenience store and petroleum marketing clients and projects, while building and maintaining relationships with client’s internal program and marketing team, to help continue their growth as a nimble, swift and impactful marketing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple key accounts, with responsibility for customer satisfaction and accountability for client program success
  • Function as single POC (point of contact) for key accounts on all matters
  • Develop loyalty marketing strategy and plans in support of company’s and accounts’ goals
  • Effectively utilize combined SME (subject matter expertise) with regards to industry and company’s loyalty marketing products
  • Write creative / strategy briefs and collaborate with management and shared services team
  • Oversee implementation of B2B and B2C outreach campaigns, sales tools, events and other loyalty marketing deliverables
  • Partner withSales and Project Manager(s) to guide projects from inception / sale to implementation and optimized usage
  • Drive campaign reviews and filter and translate client feedback
  • Analyze, distill and report on account’s loyalty marketing results
  • Cultivate external client and inner-team relationships
  • Oversee and manage pertinent budget and monthly KPI forecasts
  • Drive new business through proposal development, account / prospect sales consultation and clear demonstration of product’s value proposition
  • Directly manage one or more associate and marketing account managers
  • Contribute to strong team morale

Job Requirements

Loyalty marketing background preferably in a convenience retail

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related business field
  • Minimum seven (7) years of convenience store and / or petroleum industry experience in pertinent marketing roles
  • Account management experience highly desirable
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective listener and problem solver with a clearly defined track record of providing excellent proven marketing recommendations
  • Strong and succinct written and verbal communicator
  • Confident presenter
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple high-profile business relationships
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
