Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for market sales growth and expansion selling Robertshaw products including HVAC, Refrigeration and Appliance replacement controls. 
  • Take direction from management team and execute strategic business plans at district level
  • Develop and execute market specific sales plans and key customer account plans
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the market, key customers, and competitors
  • Work with a multi-functional North America team
  • Identify risks, opportunities and recommend business sales solutions to manager
  • Manage expense budgets and requiredtravel

Qualifications:

  • +3 or more years of Direct Sales Account experience
  • BachelorDegreerequired
  • Previous experience with wholesale distributionpreferred
  • Able to travel overnight up to two weeks per month
  • HVAC/R industry experiencepreferred but not necessary
  • Able to prepare weekly salesreports
  • Strategic thinker with excellent decision making skills
  • Demonstrate strong judgement and willingness to take appropriate risks to obtain best results
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Aggressive sales approach able to identify customer needs and offer company focused solutions
  • Passionate and highly motivated to take action and achieve sales results
  • Must demonstrate success growing sales in a defined territory
