Mughal and Associates Corporate Recruitment is seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Director to work for our client, a GLOBAL Fortune 200 company located in Miami, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Work closely with the commercial and sale leaders to deliver material organic growth by defining and supporting delivery of the go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for each region in North America (5 regions).

·      Accountable for leading voice of customer research and surveys, developing and delivering actionable customer segmentation, identifying target customers and identifying gaps in product and customer experience.

·      Oversee the development and execution of the communication strategies and plan including content development, integrated campaign design and implementation, brand management, digital assets and events/media relations.

·      Lead the re-brand and customer experience initiatives for North America.

·      Work in partnership with sales team and commercial leaders to support the change management process.

·      Develop and control the marketingbudget.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·      10+ years of B2B marketingexperience a MUST.

·      Bachelor’s Degreerequired, MBA highly preferred.

·      Fleet Management, Transportation, Courier or Logistics Industry experience via LAND only is required.

·      Knowledge of the US Convenience Retailmarketing industry a plus.

·      Experienced in market analysis/research, customer/prospect profiling, segmentation, lead generation.

·      Deep understanding of market verticals including external and internal drivers affecting the market.

·      Strategic and analytical mindset, excellent problem solver, detail oriented, results driven, dedicated to excellence.

·      Great interpersonal skills with ability to manage and lead a team to higher performance.
