WebDeveloper, Senior

Key Role:

Design, prototype, develop, and implement applications using a number of Web programming languages. Leverage expertise and tools, including Internet-, intranet-, and extranet-based applications development, PHP, Python Scripting, XML, HTML, COLD Fusion, Java, JavaScript, Java Beans, EJB’s, and FrontPage, Enterprise Java Beans, and CORBA/COM+ Object development. Serve as a key contributor whose work is critical to project success. Solve highly technical, complex problems. Work under minimal supervision. Provide input to project-related decisions. Write proposals and price-out projects.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with multiple programming and scriptinglanguages, with particular focus on Python, and including other useful languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C, C++, or Perl

-Experience in working with relational databases, including Oracle, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL

-Experience in working with Windows operating systems

-Experience with GEOINT data, formats, structures, and standards 

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Big Data programming technologies, including Hadoop, MapReduce, Accumulo, Cassandra, HBase, R, Mahout, Pig, MongoDB, and Hive

-Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and others

-Ability to translate client requirements into application designs and systems requirements

-BS degree in CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field MSdegree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statisticspreferred
