:  As a Technical Support Engineer in our Temperature Calibration Technical Support Team you will drive customer satisfaction with direct technical support and training for temperature and humidity calibration applications, products, software and services. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and application issues through timely phone and email support
  • Develop material to support customers through online knowledge database and other remote methods
  • Deliver onsite troubleshooting, installation and training to customers and service partners
  • Escalate and help to resolve quality and other issues with product designs, processes, training and documentation that impact our customers




  • Education:  4-yr technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience:  8+ years total of relevant work experience plus higher education
  • Travel:  Able to travel up to 20%
  • Communication:  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focus:  Advocate for the customer, while also effectively representing our products and company in sometimes-difficult situations
  • Strong problem-solving:  Able to drive to root cause and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Initiative: Utilizes resources efficiently to provide timely, high-quality support and training to customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Temperature and Humidity instrumentation, Calibration, Software, and other directly-related technical experience
  • Customer service experience, especially to provide direct support or training on technical subject matter
