Responsible for achieving sales quota targets by positioning of product, pricing, promotions, and merchandising placement to increase Sprint's share of decision in assigned National Retailer stores. Develops relationships with National Retailer store management and sales associates understanding and aligning on goals, objectives and plans by Retailer. Provides regular training, education, merchandising and side-by-side coaching of Sprint's portfolio. Consults with NR staff regarding financial results, hiring, staffing, marketing, store operations and share best practices internally and across the dealer base. Motivates retailer staff to sell the Sprint's products and services in a highly competitive environment, acting as the primary contact between Sprint and national retailers (NRs). Identifies, manages, and resolves NR and customer issues, tracks store performance, and provides any necessary administrative support. Clearly communicates all changes in product, pricing, promotions, placement and procedures in a timely manner. Maintains an effective relationship with the NR staff to ensure the quota attainment goal is met.
Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
- Three years sales and/or account management experience
