Human Resources Manager -- Seattle
Our client is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of highly-engineered and specialized systems used in a variety of industries.

The company has a plant & regional office in the Seattle area and they have retained Navigator Search Advisors to help identify candidates for the role of Human Resources Manager.
This new role will focus on leading all areas of HR for the plant employees and local office staff.
Employee Relations will be a big part of that, but so will Performance Management and Training/On-boarding.
Creating ad-hocreports to support the decision process for the executives is a key responsibility and strong organizational abilities as well as solid skills on Excel are essential for this.
There is a small HR staff for the HR Manager to guide and lead.
The plant is union-free and they want to stay that way; union avoidance experience will be helpful.

Location: the Seattle area; preference for local candidates or those in the region (WA/OR) where a relocation would be possible.
Compensation: Salary will be $100 - 130K (depending on skills and experience).
-4-5 or more years solid HRexperience in a Manufacturing or Logistics/Distribution/Transportation business.
-Generalist Skill set to include Employee Relations, Benefits admin, Recruiting, Performance Management, Training, Compliance, etc.)
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Track record of success, high performance and exceeding goals.
-Strong with MS suite, especially Excel.
-Experience with HRIS and/or ERP software.
-Already live local in the Seattle area or in WA or OR and willing to relocate.
