Provides oversight for the design and development of IT infrastructure platforms that fulfill the needs of the business.
Continually looks for leading-edge and innovative solutions to the recruitment, development and retention of the infrastructureengineering workforce.
Works with Talent Acquisition leadership team to forecast future skills needs to acquire and a workforce with the appropriate mix of business knowledge, technical skills and competencies.
Drives the development of enterprise technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure Enterprise Services delivers value to the enterprise.
Provides leadership, coaching and direction to the IT infrastructureengineering team and staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related filed or 10 plus equivalent work experience in an applicable industry.
Ten plus years demonstrated experience leading an Engineering team along with 5 years plus of management and organizational budgeting experience.
Preferably experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams influencing key stakeholders across the organization and within complex contexts
Proven ability inspiring, motivating, and developing an engineering team that can deliver quality and product on time.
Deep understanding of current and emerging infrastructuretechnologies and how otherenterprises are employing them
Success in leveraging both traditional practices, such as IT service management, as well as emerging methods, such as DevOps, that are optimized for agility
