The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for all aspects of sales, analyzing and achieving strategic objectives and business growth goals. Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills with associates, guests and owners. Directs salesassociates, builds salesbudgets and marketing/business plans, while ensuring the hotel is protected and inventory controls are in place. Ensures all operations are in alignment with the vision of the General Manager, Company and brand standards. Delivers quality service, achieves financial goals and implements short and long term strategies.

3-5 years of hotel sales management experience
Requires knowledge of general sales techniques, yield management, and customer service skills.

Vision to read fine print and computer screens, to see colors, to observe rooms in poorly lit conditions

Must have dexterity/mobility to meet clients on and off premises, to tour property and attend functions, to climb stairs, and operate basic office equipment.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of hotel sales management experience
General office equipment: computer, typewriter, copier, facsimile, telephone, calculator, etc.
