What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Develop and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital portfolio by working with cross-functional (business, operations, and engineering) teams to determine alignment with strategy, branding, functional plans, revenue objectives, and user needs
  • Adapt and evolve short-term and long-term plans to take advantage of changing business conditions or technological opportunities
  • Understand consumer needs, identify market opportunity, define the vision, and lead the team to deliver world-class digital experiences
  • Lead a team of product analysts/product managers in the definition of product strategy within the assigned digital portfolio (browsers, consumer mobile applications, and associate applications, in-store digital, and emerging platforms)
  • Serve as an internal expert on digital experience, product management, emerging technology, mobile, and digital in the transportation ecosystem
  • Drive innovation across the team using a deep understanding of how digital products enable the realization of XPO strategy
  • Drive projects and tasks to completion through teams, regardless of changing conditions, by proactively identifying potential roadblocks and collaborating with peers from business, operations, and engineering partners

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in computer science
  • 8 years of solid product management and digital strategy experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Deep understanding of logistics and past experience working with data and reporting systems in the digital space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; report findings and requirements into easy-to-understand analyses
  • Proven ability to deliver automated, scalable analytics and reporting systems in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment while managing multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and get along with diverse personalities internally and externally
  • Extreme attention to detail that drives one to self-audit work and understand complex systems   #LI-BG1
