Do you have corporate brand team or creative agency experience and are looking to work with one of the largest brands in the world to get "big brand" experiences? The Brand Management Team is looking for a new member with a passion for creative review, a great eye for detail and the discipline to develop new brand management processes, manage a Brand and collaborate on cross-team projects. The assignments will be both short and medium term projects, which help drive forward one of the most recognizable brands on the planet



Responsibilities:



    • Creative review for Spanish in-language messaging to drive alignment between brand and business unit marketing objectives

    • Will review and provide brand and design consultation for correct usage and appropriate inclusion of company assets (globe, color palette, imagery, tone of voice, etc.), with consideration for the Business Unit and audience experience

    • Assist the brand management team with overall client portfolio management

    • Own and manage inquiries coming in via the Central Brand Portal, while caring for consistency across responses, capturing partner leads, and driving positive experiences for our internal partners

    • Support various other brand team projects as needed




Minimum Qualifications:

Brand Management projects are accomplished through cross-functional collaboration; the ideal candidate must have skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment, with the ability to influence across teams.



The Brand Management Coordinator will be fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write) and will have the ability to learn quickly, as they will need to have a strong grasp of the company Brand elements and guidelines. They will need to have experience reviewing creative and providing influential feedback to correct any gaps between the creative being reviewed and brand guidelines. The position requires the ability to effectively work withothers, represent the team's work in a variety of platforms, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Having design skills and the ability to work fluently in Adobe Illustrator is a plus.



The ideal candidate has:



    • A minimum 5years' professional experience in the field of brand management

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent PowerPoint skills on a PC

    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop ideal and a plus

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

    • Proven track record of success in professional and/or large corporate environments

    • Critical attention to detail

    • Strong sense of urgency

    • Strength in time management and ability to deliver results in a timely manner

    • Self-starter who takes initiative to elevate the level of deliverables, and be able to identify further strategic and operational efficiencies

    • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of comfort in engaging with a variety of audiences both in person and in a virtual environment
