In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Location for this position is Tulsa,Oklahoma. This position may requires travel and or relocation.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology


•3 years of experience troubleshooting, managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, with technologies such as:
o Layer 2 - Ethernet, xSTP, VLAN, 802.1 Q, Provider Bridging (QinQ), Ethernet OAM, Layer 2 QoS (CoS) Link Aggregation, ERPS, Sync Ethernet, MPLS, Layer 2 Multicasting, Wireless LAN etc.
o Layer 3 - Routing for IPv4 and IPv6 (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP), IPv6 Migration, Multicasting, MPLS, MPLS VPN,
•Knowledge of service delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
•Knowledge of current protocols and standards, Core Switching/Routing, IPSec, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
•Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as routers, switches, network interface cards.
•Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, data processing concepts, and telecommunications principles.
•Experience in leading Infrastructure team is a Plus
This Role requires 70% Hands-On and 30% Management Activity such as the following:
•Project Scoping, Estimation and Scheduling 
o Participate in client discussions to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information to provide inputs for project scoping documents
o Help the supervisor to track the deliverables 
o Participate in analysis of incoming cases/tickets/orders, assign to team members and track closure of orders
•Team and Client Interfacing –
o Interface with internal team spread globally to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project
o Support client interfacing activities and help create the relevant reports

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
