The Advancement Coordinator is responsible for managing the advancement database and all gift processing, as well as coordinating all required data queries and reports, assisting with ongoing donor service/stewardship activities and oversee daily office tasks.


Minimum Qualifications

Education:     Bachelor’s degree.

Skills:           Must have superior organizational and computer skills plus the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Other:          Database proficiency a must. Raiser’s Edge and Jenzabar experience a plus.

Experience:    Three years of related experience.


Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus. Experience in a fund raising atmosphere a bonus.
