Vice President, Banking Sales & Relationship Manager
We are looking for a VP to lead our Commercial Sales Banking team in Columbia, MO!
PROBLEMS YOU WILL SOLVE:
Every sale is different; there is no PowerPoint presentation, no standard demo. It is all about sitting across the table from someone and understanding the organization's most pressing strategic objectives, then designing and selling highly customized financial services with impactful solutions.
For organizations, our lending products include working capital lines of credit, equipment financing and leasing, tax advantaged financing programs, cash management processing, letters of credit, swap products and short sweep facilities.
Vice President – As a leader in our organization you will have an opportunity to lead a team, manage a book of business and assess where companies are in the decision-making process, and figure out what needs to be done to ultimately close the deal.
Problem Solver – You will have the opportunity to be on the forefront of creating impactful solutions by prospecting with new clients and working with our current commercial banking businesses.
Strategic Thinker (Chess Master) – As with the game of chess, success as a leader requires strategy, careful planning and prioritization, thinking multiple steps ahead, and the motivation to continually progress towards goals.
THE RIGHT PERSON:
The right person is a leader, a mentor and a coach from behind.
Must have strong credit analysis skills, have the ability to analyze and stricture commercial loans, and strong sales skills that will enable you to facilitate and cultivate leads.
The right person must be excited about managing current relationships and soliciting new business opportunities with targeted prospects.
A college degree is required and you must have experience leading teams directly or indirectly.
Five plus years in a sales roles with a focus on a commercial business banking is preferred.
